What You’ll Do: - Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist - Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, and safety - Reinforce therapy plans and home exercise programs - Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising OT - Educate patients and caregivers on safety and functional techniques - Complete accurate and timely documentation What We’re Looking For: - Active Texas COTA license (required) - Home health experience preferred - Strong communication and patient care skills - Ability to work independently in a home setting - Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license - Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred) Pay & Perks: - $50 per visit - Flexible, self-managed schedule - Independence in the field - Meaningful, patient-focused care - Consistent patient volume available Work...
