Description Team Manager of Daily Living Services (Hybrid Role) Pay: Starting at $21/hour: Job Type: Hourly Schedule: Hybrid (Direct Care + Administrative) Overview: We are seeking aTeam Manager to support individuals and staff within a residential setting. This is a hybrid role requiring 15–20 hours per week of direct care , with remaining hours focused on administrative and leadership responsibilities. Responsibilities: - Provide direct care support in accordance with service plans (15–20 hrs/week) - Write and maintain service plans, goal development plans, and quarterly reports - Coordinate medical appointments, documentation, and follow-ups - Coordinate activities and community engagement - Create staff schedules and manage daily staffing needs - Provide oversight, guidance, and support to staff in the home - Communicate effectively with team members and leadership - Support service quality and compliance Schedule & On-Call: - Hybrid schedule - Participation in on-call rotation , including weekends - Some weekend work required based on needs Qualifications: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Team-oriented with a flexible, problem-solving mindset - Ability to man...
