Production Technician - 25001895 Description Job Overview: The Production Technician / Shift Break role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the Loveland, CO Air Separation Facility. Responsibilities include routine operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and loading product transports in the fill zone. Work Schedule: Standard: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (≈ 2/3 of the year) Shift Coverage: 2:30 AM – 2:30 PM or 2:30 PM – 2:30 AM, when covering for 12-hour shift operators’ PTO (≈ 1/3 of the year) Key Responsibilities: Strictly follow company safety policies and report incidents/near misses. Operate facility equipment safely and efficiently; adjust controls for flows, pressures, and purities. Ensure product quality meets customer requirements and maintain Quality Program. Monitor equipment performance (cooler approaches, water temperature rise, unit efficiency). Read and interpret P&IDs and control logic. Follow all SMP, SOP, COP, OSS, OPS alerts, and technical bulletins. Troubleshoot fill zone and backup system issues. Conduct water tests on cooling towers and adjust as needed.
