Job DetailsJob Location: Kalamazoo, MI 49001Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: Third ShiftJob Category: ManufacturingMAJOR JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Qualifications• High School Diploma or GED equivalent - Process (Dial-in) a new product. This means to adjust the forming, die cutting, and stacking. - Monitor the quality of the product, take production samples, check for the different quality issues, and document them. - Ensure the product is properly packed and palletized. - Change rolls on the Thermoforming Line. - Ensure all hygiene procedures are being followed and document the necessary items. - Must be able to read, understand, and update the production schedule, the product specifications, the daily log, and the QC log in the company production website. - Must be able to effectively communicate with the other team players on the shift packers and floor person. QUALIFICATIONS - Must be able to speak, read and write basic English. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with other colleagues across all functions of the organization. - Experience working within a production environment - Training in Food Safety environments a plu...
