Security Manager - Operations: Manages security activities for all shifts, supervising the sergeants and officers. Administers training programs for all security and maintains the physical security programs and operations; including but not limited to security policies, regulations, systems and procedures to make certain the organization’s environment is safe for employees and visitors. Essential Job Duties: This position is a Monday - Friday - Day Shift - Supervises the sergeants and officers on daily activities. This includes: completing all assignments related to their positions, ensuring post are covered, that all hospital and college buildings are inspected on a daily basis, ensure staff get designated breaks, ensure hospital or department policies and procedures are followed, respond to situations involving security issues, assisting sergeants in the performance of their duties and other employees when necessary. - Plans activities of all shifts which include: the scheduling and coordination of staff for...
