Job description

We are looking for a strong ServiceNow Developer based in Amsterdam who combines hands-on platform expertise with strong stakeholder management and product thinking. This role will support our Employee Center and wider ServiceNow landscape, helping improve employee experience and internal service delivery. What you'll do: - Design, develop, configure, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform for our Employee Center. - Build and enhance capabilities across Employee Center, WSD, HAM, HRSD, ITSM, and SAM. - Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI components, catalog items, integrations, and custom applications. - Design and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, and related web technologies. - Collaborate with product owners, process leads, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions. - Support backlog refinement, prioritization, solution design, and release planning. - Perform testing, troubleshooting, deployment support, and performance optimization. - Ensure solutions align with ITIL principles, governance standards, and security expectations.
