Road & Rail Services Job Title: Railcar Prep Cleanout: Location: Mulberry, FL: Rate of Pay: $16.50 per hour to start Schedule: 1st shift: Position Summary: You will perform the essential cleaning and inspection functions necessary to prepare railcars for loading and transport. Areas of Responsibility: - Comply with all industry, customer and company safety regulations and operating procedures - Inspect and clean inside previously loaded railcars from the bottom hatch gates - Through the use of various scraping devices, remove all debris and other contaminates inside containment area - Identify repairs that can be performed by Road & Rail Services - Maintain accountability and maintenance for all assigned equipment - Perform housekeeping duties as required by Management What's Required: We appreciate and encourage our associates to share their ideas and help shape our future.
