Job description

We are currently searching for an industrial painter, a highly skilled professional responsible for superior-quality surface preparation, painting, and finishing of residential, commercial, or industrial structures. Experienced in selecting, mixing, and applying paints/coatings, operating spray equipment, performing intricate repairs, and ensuring high-standard, durable finishes while adhering to safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Surface Preparation: Thoroughly clean, sand, wire brush, and repair walls/surfaces (filling cracks, holes with putty/plaster) to ensure proper adhesion. - Application & Coating: Expertly apply paint, stains, varnish, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and advanced spray equipment. - Color Matching & Mixing: Mix, thin, and match paint colors to meet specific,, custom, or client-defined standards. - Protection & Safety: Mask, tape, and cover surfaces (floors, furniture) to prevent damage.
