Description: Position Summary: The Pediatric Cardiologist will provide comprehensive outpatient and consultative care to pediatric patients with suspected or confirmed cardiac conditions. This role includes both outpatient clinical responsibilities and inpatient consultative services across affiliated hospitals. Key Responsibilities: - Provide outpatient pediatric cardiology consultations and follow-up care for patients with known or suspected cardiac conditions - Obtain detailed patient histories and perform thorough physical examinations Perform and interpret diagnostic testing, including: - Electrocardiograms (EKGs) - Echocardiograms - Holter monitors and cardiac event monitors - Determine appropriate use of additional diagnostic testing modalities and interpret results accordingly - Communicate findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans effectively with patients, families, and referring physicians - Provide inpatient consultative...
