Your Impact: Join Axon’s Professional Services team as a PSA Systems Administrator, owning the administration and optimization of Certinia as our Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool within Salesforce. This role is critical to enabling high-impact delivery across our global Hardware and Software Professional Services organizations. You will configure and enhance the PSA system to support project tracking, resource management, timekeeping, billing, and forecasting at scale.
