This position is responsible for developing referral relationships, generating qualified leads, and serving as a trusted first point of contact for clients and community partners. Our clients are often older adults, seniors, adult children, caregivers, and families facing major life changes. These transitions may include downsizing, senior relocation, estate clear-outs, divorce, death of a loved one, hoarding situations, move management, and home preparation for sale. Because of this, the role requires much more than sales ability. It requires empathy, patience, professionalism, and the ability to build trust during highly emotional and sometimes overwhelming seasons of life.
