Job Description: The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As an Executive Sales Account for Global Industrial Channel in Poland and Czechia you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Grow 3M business with key distribution partners in the Czech Republic and Poland through effective account and relationship management. Lead channel partners in the Czech Republic and Poland by setting clear sales goals, driving consistent execution, and strengthening overall partner capabilities. Identify and develop targeted marketing and promotional activities to support growth objectives. Leverage analytic and category management skills to identify, influence, and manage new sales and conversion opportunities within the channel.
