Description Franklin Street is currently seeking an Associate Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our Multifamily Investment Sales team in Dallas, TX. A successful Franklin Street Associate must possess the desire to build a career with unlimited income potential in the commercial real estate industry. Coachability and a self-starting mindset is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Must have the ability to obtain a Florida Real Estate license within 8 weeks of joining the program. Position Overview: The Associate Commercial Real Estate Agent will drive new and existing business through sales calls and client meetings.
