Workplace Capabilities Director The Opportunity: We are seeking a Director of Workplace Capabilities to lead one of the most visible and transformative functions within our Global Workplace organization. This role sits at the center of how our physical environments are designed, delivered, and operated spanning capital project delivery, space planning and occupancy strategy, and the workplace technology ecosystem. The Director will have the unique opportunity to design, build, and scale an integrated capabilities function that powers a modern, data-driven, and high-performance workplace across a complex, mission-driven enterprise. You will operate in a high-growth, technology-for war d environment within the government space, where workplace strategy directly enables mission delivery, innovation, and enterprise performance.
