The HR department at INSEAD focuses on talent development and management, implementing strategies to attract, develop, and retain top professionals. It plays a key role in promoting a culture of learning and innovation within the institution. INSEAD is seeking a Learning Specialist, Talent Development to join our Human Resources department. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France. A hybrid working model is in place: 3 days on campus, 2 days from home. This Talent Development function is entering a significant transformation phase. Over the next two years, we will implement learning technology projects (new LMS/HRIS), reshaping how training is structured, delivered, tracked and experienced across the organisation. We are therefore looking for a professional who is operational, adaptable, and eager to contribute to this evolution.
