The role focuses on advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and predictive solutions that improve transparency, stability, and operational excellence. You will work at the intersection of data science, production, quality, and Industry 4.0. Key responsibilities: - Analyze production, quality, and process data to identify improvement opportunities - Build statistical and machine‑learning models (DoE, predictive analytics, SPC) - Develop dashboards and automated reporting (Power BI, JMP/JMP Live, SQL) - Implement and maintain SPC monitoring and process capability analyses (Cpk, Ppk) - Analyze concessions, RMAs, and field returns, including root cause and reliability insights - Build and maintain data pipelines integrating ERP, MES, QMS, and test data - Collaborate with Production, Engineering,...
