We are looking for a part time Customer Banking Specialist to work in our Port Lincoln multichannel branch! Rosters are predetermined. Please ensure you are available for the following roster before applying: Monday, Thursday and Friday, 9.30am - 5.00pm What is a Multi Channel Branch? Our branches serve customers through a variety of different means. Prior to 2.00pm Monday - Friday; our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions. 2.00pm - 4.00pm: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment. Together we deliver a seamless banking experience for the future to our 10 million+ personal and small business customers.
