Compensation Salary Schedule: Overview: The employment services senior manager serves as a strategic, consultative, business partner to schools and district work locations. The senior manager must demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills in order to drive HR strategies within responsibilities. The full range of human resources generalist knowledge will be needed to drive successful employment strategies in talent acquisition.
