About the role Looking for a role where you can work less but enjoy more? Join our Production team and take advantage of a 3-day, 36-hour work week – giving you 4 days off every week to relax, explore, or do whatever you love! Why this role is special: - Work just three days a week, with 12-hour shifts and 4 days off every week - Day shifts: 6am – 6pm | Night shifts: 6pm – 6am (rotating every 2 weeks). - Friendly, supportive team environment. - Great opportunity to start or grow your career in production with an industry leader. Duties include: - Helping with production tasks like sorting, packaging, labelling, and lifting. - You will be operating our finishing machine. - Checking products for quality and spotting defects. - Following safety and work instructions while keeping the team running smoothly. - Problem-solving on the go and learning new skills along the way.
