In this role, you will function as the bridge between clients (Compliance users), stakeholders, and engineering teams to help support our innovative Trade Surveillance platform, with a clear focus on data, design, and quality assurance. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain deeper experience about the Surveillance market and work in an exciting, wide-spanning Product role in a demanding environment, using a best-in-class technology platform. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and eager to make a positive impact in a dedicated team of SMEs, with the ability to effectively collaborate and work individually. Core Responsibilities: Use Case & Requirements Refinement: collect product needs from Clients (Compliance), Strategic Steering Board, Technology teams, and Regulatory changes (MAR/MAR UK, MiFID etc). Monitoring Product Backlog: Consult with stakeholders to triage incoming requests and issues and apply prioritisation based on client urgency, business impact, and costs.
