Job Description Summary The Advanced Field Engineer is a senior-level technical expert responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex medical systems, providing advanced technical support, and mentoring junior engineers. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The position is based in the south‑eastern suburbs. Job Description: Activities & Responsibilities: - Install and configure a range of medical equipment, proficient in several modalities. - Perform complex corrective maintenance and installations. - Conduct root cause analysis with a 360° approach, considering internal and external factors. - Apply basic application knowledge to support clinical workflows. - Utilize strong knowledge of power, grounding, and digital systems. - Actively promote and use remote diagnostic tools; contribute to the ROLE team. - Serve as a role model in administrative tasks and follow-up (including debriefing, parts, KPI tracking). - Participate in local Level 2 escalation team, supporting Technical Lead Engineers. - Leverage customer knowled...
