YOUR MISSION (The Job Description): This position is responsible for ensuring the Surveillance Department operates efficiently and provides protection to all gaming operations and gaming support areas. Promotes a secure environment within Virgin Hotels Las Vegas culture, while maintaining emphasis on revenue protection. Qualifications: THE NITTY-GRITTY (The Essential Job Duties): WHAT IT TAKES (The Qualities We Look For) - Oversee CCTV systems, digital equipment, and live gaming floor monitoring to identify security risks or illegal activities - In the absence of the Director, oversee and report on all areas under Surveillance to ensure compliance with the Hotel and Casino. - Ensure strict adherence to Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations and internal controls - Conduct detailed investigations into suspicious activities, jackpot disputes, theft, and employee misconduct, preparing comprehensive reports. - Prepare, review, and oversee surveillance shift reports generated; prepare summary, progress, and status reports representing all department operations to the Surveillance Director - Assist in the development and implementation of department policies and procedures, train, sched...
