What will you do: The position provides technical expertise and leadership for implementation and execution of high-speed rotating equipment reliability strategies across the Uncle Sam & Faustina operating site. Provides Reliability and Process subject matter expertise to team of peers. Leads site team of Operations, Maintenance and Reliability personnel to monitor high speed rotating equipment asset reliability results, address issues hindering asset reliability, focus on sustaining gains and delivering value to site financial.
