Sales Manager (Hybrid) As a District Sales Manager, you are accountable for hiring and developing a team of sales professionals and growing the area. Compensation & Benefits: - Medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401k, and a deferred compensation plan - 1st year compensation plans range from $70,000-$100,000 Responsibilities: - Attract Sales Talent : Attract various levels of sales talent to the organization to build a team of successful individuals. - Develop Sales Associates : Develop sales associates to increase their knowledge, experience, and earnings year after year. - Relationship Management : Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity.
