Senior Associate, Global Funds Solutions Restructuring

Job description

Our Fund Solutions and Restructuring professionals serve as financial advisors to fund managers, companies, financial sponsors, lenders, creditors and other interested parties in special and distressed situations across virtually every industry and every situation throughout the business life cycle. As a Senior Associate, Fund Solutions, Restructuring, you will be responsible for supporting the Fund Solutions and Restructuring team with the day-to-day procedures involved in both Fund Solutions and Restructuring Advisory engagements. With training and support provided by more senior members of the team, the successful candidate will work on a range of assignments including assisting fund clients in special situations, from undertaking financial analysis and supporting the drafting of investment proposals to working on fund management transitions, asset realisations, investment reporting and business development research initiatives, all whist liaising with a wide range of stakeholders.
