The Payroll Supervisor provides support for payroll accounting, regulatory reporting and filing requirements and ensures the delivery of quality customer services. Ensures all income exceptions executions and payroll deductions are managed in a timely fashion. 1.Oversees the review and processing of payroll check exceptions, including Federal and State wage attachments, and court ordered deductions. Oversees the processing of payroll check exceptions and court ordered deductions. 2.Resolves inquiries and issues related to the interpretation of payroll regulations and the organization’s policies and procedures. 3.Assists in preparing and coordinating fiscal and calendar year-end processing of payroll, including W-2 and other government required documentation. 4.Manages payment of wages in accordance with organizational policies and collective bargaining agreements 5.Disburses the Mount Sinai Hospital’s assets in accordance to organizational policies and collective bargaining agreements. 6.Reviews and processes all execution of court orders, federal and state wage attachments. 7.Reviews and distributes the personal and business information to be released to governmental agencies. 8.R...
