Position Description Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Manufacturing Operations to join the Data, Power, and Control Team in Reno, NV. The Director of Manufacturing Operations provides strategic and operational leadership across manufacturing functions and our contract manufacturers within the North American region. This role is accountable for ensuring manufacturing operations meet organizational objectives related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and compliance. The role works closely with internal teams and external partners to support scalable, reliable manufacturing operations. Main Job Duties: - Lead and oversee North American manufacturing operations, including production, quality assurance, and equipment maintenance. - Develop and implement regional operational strategies aligned with corporate goals for efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement. - Apply established continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to improve productivity, reduce waste, and improve yield. - Manage internal production capacity and oversee Contract Manufacturer (CM) capacity planning to align with forecasted demand, cost targets, and delivery requir...
