IT Business Analyst – Warranty

Job description

Mopar is seeking a detail‑oriented and collaborative IT Business Analyst , especially within Aftersales and Service domains. This person is expected to act as a critical bridge between Warranty business stakeholders and IT delivery teams. This role is responsible for analyzing end‑to‑end warranty processes, capturing and translating business requirements into functional system specifications, and supporting the delivery and evolution of enterprise warranty applications in the tightly coupled eco system. The Business analyst will ensure that the warranty rules, claims workflows, integrations, and data flows are accurately implemented to support compliance, operational efficiency, dealer experience, fraud detection, and analytical insights across Aftersales systems.
