Description: JOB SUMMARY: Within the context of a patient/client and family-centred framework and continuum-based care model and in accordance with established standards of professional practice and the vision, values and policies of the organization, the Music Therapist develops, implements, co-ordinates and evaluates music therapy programs. Position also maintains an active clinical caseload providing assessment, treatment, documentation and education. Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings and approved research, provides formal and informal consultations to other staff and supervises and evaluates the work activities of music therapy practicum students and interns.
