We’re looking for a dedicated Kitchen Steward to help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of our hotel’s kitchen and food service areas. In this essential role, you’ll support the culinary team by ensuring all equipment, utensils, and facilities are clean, safe, and ready for service. Pay Rate $20.60 #towncountrysd Responsibilities: Take pride in maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment by washing, sanitizing, and properly storing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to hotel standards. Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently while using cleaning chemicals responsibly. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, counters, and storage areas to ensure a safe and organized workspace. Collect and dispose of kitchen waste in a hygienic manner and report any broken equipment, maintenance concerns, or safety hazards to leadership. Support restaurant and banquet operations by ensuring an adequate supply of clean service ware during service.
