The Associate Superintendent immerses you in the daily management of a grain-handling facility, while learning how to lead safely and efficiently . You’ll be at the heart of what we do, learning the business, driving a culture of safety and engaging with our customers . You will: We have multiple locations for Associate Superintendents in the Pathways Program.
