In this role, you'll: Be working as part of the Customer & Mobility Analytics & Insights function, leading the delivery of high-quality reporting and analytics that inform operational and strategic decision-making across Transport for NSW. Positioned at the centre of data, insight and stakeholder engagement, you will ensure critical information is accurate, timely and actionable. Oversee the delivery of regular, urgent and ad hoc reporting, including high-profile requests supporting executive, media and ministerial needs. You will translate complex data into clear, decision-ready insights that support organisational priorities and public accountability. Partner closely with stakeholders across the business to understand evolving reporting needs, shaping frameworks, dashboards and outputs that improve visibility, performance tracking and customer outcomes.
