EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the 2026 summer. Primary Responsibilities: - Assist in the planning and execution of quarterly corporate events and office celebrations. Including, but not limited to, in-office events, the Summer Family Event and the Corporate Holiday Party - Assist with venue sourcing, catering coordination, and managing vendor contracts. - Participate in brainstorming sessions for event themes, swag selection, and interactive attendee experiences. - Help track budget spend and compile post-event analysis to see what worked and what we can do better next time.
