James Milson Village is building a casual pool of Registered Nurses to support our residential aged care home in Woolwich . This opportunity suits experienced RNs seeking casual flexibility across a variety of shifts, who are confident providing safe, accountable and resident focused care within a supportive aged care environment. The role: As a casual RN, you will: Shifts are offered based on operational need, planned leave and surge coverage. - Provide clinical care and oversight across AM, PM and night shifts - Support and supervise care staff to ensure resident safety and quality care - Respond to clinical issues, escalation and documentation requirements - Administer medications and complete clinical assessments - Step into RN in Charge responsibilities when required About you: Experience in residential aged care is highly regarded.
