Description POSITION SUMMARY: This full-time floater position provides flexible program and service support to eligible individuals and families across assigned service areas and assists with implementing community strategies that promote economic wellness. The Floater supports multiple office locations and programs as staffing or service needs arise. Responsibilities include providing strengths-based case management, maintaining confidential customer files, and entering customer data into the ECKAN database. This position collaborates with program staff across service areas to support continuity of operations and service delivery while upholding ECKAN’s mission, vision, values, goals, and code of ethics and adhering to CSBG-specific policies and procedures. Knowledge and application of strengths-based and inclusive communication principles are essential.
