Decorative Lighting Salesperson Status: Regular, Full time Location: St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador Job Description: Interested?: Monday to Friday. 8AM-5PM. Known customer base, reliable and high-quality lighting products. Opportunity for advancement. Do you have what we’re looking for? Customer service or sales experience. Energetic, service-oriented person working with customers to select lighting products. Someone efficient and organized who enjoys physical work as well as connecting with people in the retail lighting industry. Good computer skills. Here’s a typical day: When customers come to our lighting showroom, greet them in a friendly manner, help them pick out their desired products and process the payment. Help customers select lighting for new or renovated homes. Answer a wide range of questions, suggest complementary or alternative products as needed. Answer phone calls in a professional manner. Keep the showroom and counter tidy and organized to optimize the customer experience. Restocking shelves. Maintain skills and knowledge of product lines and systems used.
