Job description

Job Summary Under direct supervision, the Composite Operator Level I (V‑22 Bell) performs routine and repetitive manufacturing operations involved in the fabrication, layup, wrapping, bonding, trimming, and assembly of composite parts and assemblies for the V‑22 aircraft program. This position supports higher‑level operators by preparing materials, assisting with composite processes, and performing standard production tasks in accordance with approved work instructions, program requirements, and aerospace quality standards. This is an entry‑level position and training would be provided Job Responsibilities: Composite Manufacturing & Assembly Support: - Assist Level II and senior composite operators in the fabrication, layup, wrap, bond, or assembly of composite parts and subassemblies for the V‑22 Bell program - Perform basic composite tasks such as material placement, ply application, consolidation, and part handling according to work instructions - Prepare tools, molds, mandrels, and fixtures prior to composite operations - Assist with vacuum bagging, debulking, and preparation of composite parts for cure Material Preparation & Handling: - Prepare composite materials by thawing,...
