Head of Search UKI Head of Search: As Head of Search for Flutter UK & Ireland, you will hold end-to-end ownership of our Paid Search, Organic Search and App Store Optimisation (ASO) strategy across all UK & Ireland brands. This is a critical senior leadership role reporting into the Digital Marketing & Performance Director, accountable for how our brands are discovered, chosen and engaged with across engines, AI-driven interfaces, LLM environments and app marketplaces. You will lead a central team of Search experts, ensuring PPC, SEO and ASO are fully unified into a single, high-performance Search function delivering against both brand and performance KPIs. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, technology and AI shaping how Flutter UK & Ireland shows up wherever and however customers search.
