In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Department of Justice legal team assigned to the Radiation Exposure Compensation Program (“RECA”). Paralegals will work exclusively performing administrative law related assignments in the RECA Call Center. You will be answering questions from RECA applicants who call the RECA 1-800 line and interpreting regulations pertaining to the RECA statute. Responsibilities: As a CACI Paralegal supporting the DOJ’s mission, you will gain invaluable knowledge and transferrable skills related to eDiscovery practice and procedures and utilizing document databases to conduct searches and code evidentiary material.
