Title: Associate Director of Recreation, Fitness, and Wellness Division: Student Affairs: Department: Recreation, Fitness & Wellness: FLSA Status: Exempt: Salary Range: $60,000 - 62,000/Annual Salary EEO Job Group: 2 E2: Position Summary: Administer and supervise the Competitive Sports programs, oversee Outdoor Adventure Program, and manage facility operations. Duties/Responsibilities: - In Director’s absence, responsible for all aspects of programming and facilities in the Recreation, Fitness, and Wellness Department. - With the director, guide the Department of Recreation, Fitness, and Wellness in a manner that is consistent with the goals of the Student Affairs Division and the mission of the University. - Supervise the Assistant Program Director- Intramurals. Provide direct operational and administrative oversight of a comprehensive Intramural Sports program. - Supervise the Assistant Program Director – Outdoor Adventure.
