About the Role: We are hiring a Compensation Manager to own and evolve our compensation and benefits programs. This role will ensure our pay practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business strategy, while building scalable total rewards frameworks for growth. This role will own implementation, refinement, and long-term stewardship of Reflection’s Total Rewards philosophies. Over time, this leader will grow into a trusted voice with executive stakeholders, shaping how we think about pay, equity, incentives, and competitiveness. You’ll operate in an environment that values both pace and rigor, balancing thoughtful risk assessment with pragmatic decision-making that keeps the business moving.
