We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Basketball Trainer to join our team at the Recreation Center! As a Basketball Trainer, you'll work one-on-one and small groups with athletes (ages 6 and up) to develop fundamental skills, build confidence, and support personal athletic goals. This is a flexible, appointment-based position—perfect for someone with a background in coaching, playing, or training across all levels of basketball.QualificationsRequirements: Background/experience in all levels of basketball and comfortable working with athletes ages 6 years and up. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to create and modify lesson plans to meet the needs of each athlete, enhance player development and lead athletes to their fullest potential.
