Organisation: Leicestershire County Council Work Location: County Hall Glenfield Leicester LE3 8RA Salary: £28,605 - £31,029 per annum (pro-rata for part-time) (Pay award pending) Working Hours: 29.6 hours per week over 4 days Contract Type: Fixed term for (12 months) Closing Date: 11th May 2026 Interview Date(s): 27th May 2026 About the Role Graduated Response Inclusion Practitioners work directly with children, young people, their families and professionals in a variety of settings; to enable them to re-engage in education. Supported by the Education Officer and your Manager, you will be expected to manage a caseload of children and young people. You will deliver a package of support to increase children and young people’s access to education. You will identify barriers, find solutions and act as advocate, so that schools can make suitable reasonable adjustments. You will be part of the staff team primarily covering the East of the county, and part of the wider Inclusion Service Team covering the whole county.
