What you’ll need to succeed as a Truck Driver at XPO - This position REQUIRES Hazmat, Doubles/Triples and tankers endorsements. Minimum qualifications: - Be at least 21 years of age - Valid Class A commercial driver's license - Safe driving record and history - Currently possess or be willing to obtain hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days of employment - Pass a DOT drug test and have no prior positive tests or refusals in the last 3 years - Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical - Available to work a flexible schedule that’s up to 12-14 hours a day, including day, night and weekend shifts Preferred qualifications: - Forklift experience - Currently possess hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements About the Truck Driver Job: Pay, benefits and more: - Pay starts at $ 33.45/ hour - Night Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00pm - 5:00am - This is a Motor Carrier Act Exempt position What you’ll do on a typical day: - Safely operate a tractor-trailer combination, including doubles and triples - Provide excellent service to customers, including generating sales leads - Load and unload fre...
