QAPI Specialist (RN or PT) Hillcrest Home & Community Services is currently seeking a clinically strong, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about improving outcomes, driving accountability, and partnering with operational leaders to elevate quality across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leading quality initiatives, analyzing performance data, and supporting regulatory readiness in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Qualifications: - Lead and support Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs - Analyze clinical and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities - Partner with Directors of Nursing, Therapy, and operational leaders to drive improvement plans - Support survey readiness, audits, and regulatory compliance efforts - Track, trend, and report key quality metrics and outcomes - Provide education and guidance on quality improvement processes and best practices - Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence - Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapist (PT) license required - 3+ years of experience in healthcare (long-term care,...
