Position Summary The Referral Coordinator is responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing patient referrals for the ENT practice. This role ensures timely processing, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination between patients, providers, and external healthcare organizations. The Referral Coordinator plays a key role in optimizing patient access to specialty care and maintaining compliance with insurance requirements.
