Overview Leads and manages strategic data and image acquisition to support title plant expansion and ongoing maintenance, ensuring compliance, quality, and alignment with Property Insight and Fidelity objectives. Duties: - Lead and supervise the Property Insight acquisition team, including hiring, training, performance management, and development.• Define and execute a national acquisition strategy that balances cost, risk, quality, and revenue opportunity.• Partner with Legal to ensure compliance with state, local, and contractual requirements related to plant and image acquisition.• Collaborate with Title Plant, Imaging, Sales, Product, Technology, Marketing, and Operations teams to support strategic initiatives.• Establish and maintain vendor and county relationships to support current and future acquisition needs, ensuring contractual compliance and delivery commitments.• Maintain a national inventory of acquisition sources aligned with the Master Asset Inventory.• Develop and document roadmaps for acquisition process and capability improvements.• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and adjust acquisition strategies and agreements as needed.• Implement departmental stand...
