The ideal candidate will possess intermediate expertise in one or more related disciplines such as tower construction (including associated civil work) or telecom distribution line construction. This role requires a strong understanding of telecom construction standards and safety protocols, along with the ability to inspect, enforce compliance, and mentor team members.
