To maintain a clean fitness center or gymnasium using disinfecting products provided by the YMCA. To provide safe and effective instructions on the operation of all cardiovascular and weight training equipment. To provide assessments and orientations designed to aid members in achieving healthy goals. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Supervise the Fitness Center or Gymnasium as scheduled. - Cleanliness and member safety are essential. Equipment and floors need to be fully wiped down and disinfected consistently after usage. Must disinfect the entire piece of equipment beyond what a member directly touches.
