POSITION SUMMARY: The Application Analyst – Ancillary (Beaker Clinical Pathology) serves as the primary support contact for end-users of Epic software specializing in Beaker Clinical Pathology. This role involves identifying and troubleshooting issues that arise within the application area, as well as those affecting other application teams, and working collaboratively to resolve them. The analyst will guide workflow design, build and test the system, and address technical issues related to Epic software. They will also handle the implementation of system changes based on user requests, acting as a liaison between end users' workflow needs and the Epic implementation team. Regular communication with Epic representatives is key, including participation in weekly project meetings. The analyst works closely with the organization's business community and end-users to ensure the system aligns with business needs, project deliverables, and timelines.
